Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1/4 oz pure maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Combine bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express the orange peel over the drink and garnish.
Ingredients:
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes smoked bitters
(or regular Angostura bitters)
Luxardo cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Add whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz Earl Grey tea syrup (brew tea strong and mix with equal parts sugar)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 cucumber slices
3 basil leaves
Instructions:
Muddle cucumber and basil in a shaker. Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice and fine strain into a tumbler glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Coffee beans for garnish
Ingredients:
1.5 oz dark rum or bourbon
1 oz chocolate liqueur
(e.g., Godiva or crème de cacao)
1/2 oz heavy cream
1/4 oz simple syrup
Cocoa powder or grated chocolate
