Leni & Ryan – Country Class and a Candy Bar ( Dewinton Hall Wedding)

I had a great time laughing and sharing in the wedding celebration for Leni and Ryan. From the incredible decor, to the cutest dogs walking down the aisle, to a bug spray wielding bridesmaid and a lot of sweetness and laughs. A beautiful day with a really fun couple…

You really did a great job with all of the elements in your wedding, and who doesn’t love a candy bar and homemade lemonade. You are a perfect couple, and I really wish you all of life’s happiness. Thank you for including me in your day. I hope you love your images.
All my best,
Edward

Joann and Hiroki – From Japan to a Wedding at Heritage Park

I was very excited to work with Joann and Hiroki who flew in all the way from Japan to get married at Heritage Park. I only met them briefly for their engagement session ( which fell on a crazy May day with blowing snow and hurricane force winds!) I knew if they could tough that shoot out – then it was anything goes for the wedding photos. It was a fairly intimate affair with close family and friends, and we were able to spend a few hours with just the couple. If these photos look natural, it is because they just had a way of being together that was just comfortable, loving and sincere. It was my pleasure getting to know you guys, and I wish you all the best in your lives together. I hope you enjoy the preview.
All my best,

Edward

Carla & Aaron Wedding – Divine Dancing at the Delta Bow Valley

When I first met Aaron it was as a groomsman at Elizabeth and Chad’s wedding last year. When him and a couple of the other groomsmen dressed up in the tuxedos from “Dumb & Dumber”, I knew that it would be a blast to shoot this wedding. Carla (complete with a stuffed spider) was resplendent in her bridal gown, and she had so much energy and excitement for the big day that it was truly contagious. They were married at the truly magnificent Knox United Church downtown by a pastor who used an Ipad to deliver the ceremony. (What photographer can’t appreciate that!)

Thanks for trusting my vision, and for being so much fun to work with. You are such a great couple, and I wish you all the best in everything. Your first dance was amazing, and I hope you keep dancing together forever.

Edward
